Hari Om
Postgraduate in Plant Science with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration (IMT). Over 20+ years, he has led teams in pharma and healthcare at organizations such as GSK, Jubilant, and Unimark, rising to Senior General Manager. As an entrepreneur, he applies his operating depth to scale opportunities and mentor people.
Vinay Sharma
Science graduate (Panjab University) with a PGDBM (Symbiosis, Pune), 25+ years across chemicals and pharma with leadership roles at GSK (Fine Chemicals), Navin Fluorine (Mafatlal Group), and Jubilant Life Sciences. Guided by a "service creates value" mindset, he focuses on nutraceutical formulations and pharma intermediates.

A Science graduate with an MBA; 25+ years of pan-India sales & BD across chemicals, construction, and paints. Formerly National Head at a reputed construction products manufacturer; now drives Chemsynth's expansion, enterprise relationships, and performance culture.

We provide complete documentation for every material, including Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Methods of Analysis (MoA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) upon request. Our supplier qualification process ensures full traceability, product consistency, and compliance with industry standards. Chemsynth also maintains all necessary licenses and certifications required to operate in our markets.
